Everything was good the staff etc i really appreciate
Nothing
They have very courteous staff..
Exceptional!
The location was close to city centre. The staff were nice and cautious.
The environment, the building, the rooms, etc were old and not renovated as stated in the title of the listing. The building was also not accessible for me as a mobility user because I had to climb stairs to access my room on the first floor, no elevator.
The staff are welcoming, the food is nice but slightly expensive
The bathroom sink stained
The location is not easy to get. Citilodge hotel isn't boldly written outside. It is located in a noisy location.
I hate the fact that things are purposely expensive in the hotel compared to outside. Why isn't it the same price as outside own instead of having to go outside to get a common tablewater.
It’s clean
Nothing
I liked the bathroom. It looked very neat, was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
I had a disappointing experience with the room. The refrigerator wasn't working, and when I raised a complaint, I was informed that it was faulty. The chairs appeared ancient and not of this era, and the bed frame was broken, covered with a visibly poorly stitched fabric. To make matters worse, I found a small roach in the room.
There was no intercom available, which made communication with the front desk inconvenient although they gave me a phone number which i had to call using my mobile phone. Although I didn’t require hotel towels, none were provided in the room.
I considered switching rooms, but unfortunately, the alternatives were poorly lit. As a result, I had no choice but to remain in the original room, where almost everything was substandard—except for the lighting.
Overall, the cost of the room did not reflect the quality of the experience. It simply wasn’t worth the challenges I faced.
Staffs, luvly. How I could take them with me back to ph.
Mosquitoes, fumigation every month.
I got to the facility but was told no accommodation because booking .com did not inform them of a reservation....was so disappointed...I had to look for another hotel that late at night.
I didn't get an accommodation.
