Fabulous
Pros:

I had a very positive experience at THE FLAG Hotel Marbella. Although I had an issue with my Booking.com reservation before arrival, the hotel team handled everything calmly and professionally.
Miguel, Barbara and the Reception team were incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout. They explained the situation clearly, reassured me, and made sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free once I arrived.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and peaceful, and the staff genuinely care about their guests. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I felt well looked after during my stay.
Thank you to Miguel, Barbara and the whole Reception team for their support. I would happily stay here again.

Ein sicherer Wert in guter Lage zwischen Estepona und Puerto Banus
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen und modernen Hotel. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und hatten einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend vorallem im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Lediglich die Früchteauswahl könnte etwas grösser sein. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und unweit von Estepona und Puerto Banus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

The room was lovely and big with the 2 balconies.

Cons:

A tea towel and dish washing liquid should be provided as the dish washer was not required for a few cups and plates. Unfortunately the heating was not working properly and due to the cold weather, it meant that the room was cold and the hotel could not provide us with a portable heater. They offered to change our room but the heating wasn't working there either. Lucia, the receptionist was very helpful.

I highly recommend this place. It was truly worth every penny!
Pros:

Everything! The room was very spacious and clean. The views from our room were breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s also a lot to do in the hotel

The breakfast was good but I wish they had more to offer
