Não é um hotel boutique! a infraestrutura é ótima, só precisa de melhor gestão.
Pros:

Camas muito confortáveis, vista da piscina incrível.

Cons:

Problemas com aquecimento da água, poucos funcionários prejudicando a limpeza das áreas comuns, além de estarem em manutenção e sem restaurante ou cafeteria.

bem localizado, local tranquilo, ambiente agradável, piscina aquecida com uma vista maravilhosa

Chuveiro de cima oscila muito e chegou a desligar

Muito calor no mezanino , estão instalando ar condicionado

Enxoval de louças tinha somente 2 xícaras, 2 colheres, poucos talheres, 1 panela, etc, podem melhorar esse ponto

falta manutenção em pequenas coisas, teto do banheiro do mezanino precisa de pintura e melhorar a limpeza e pressao do chuveiro, mas nada que não nos faça voltar, recomendo!

Vale visitar o Festival de Inverno
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, super tranquila, no alto da montanha. Uma vista linda do salão de café da manhã.

Cons:

Nos batemos um pouco para achar o Carpe Diem no primeiro dia, era noite e estavamos usando o Waze que acabou nos levando por caminhos "tortuosos". Pessoal da recepção nos orientou a, em Campos do Jordão, usar o Google Maps que facilitou muito!
