Staff were happy

Cons:

Told my room wasn't available. Then asked to pay over double to get another room. Payed.. but then told the room is not available after they were on the phone to the manager. Suspect because I am foreign. As unfortunately this happened to me again in another booking but they had a sign saying no foreigners- this is the only place ( Lucknow) in India I have experienced this in - Namaste
