Cons:

The lodge building appears to be at least twenty years old and has not been repaired or maintained properly. Although an air-conditioner has somehow been fitted, it was ineffective. The ceiling fan was extremely noisy and did not have a regulator cap. The bathroom was clean but very old and poorly maintained. The curtains were covered with dust, indicating lack of basic housekeeping. There was no view from the windows, and the room was dark, small, and poorly ventilated, which caused significant discomfort and fear. No services of any kind were provided, and the stay was completely unsatisfactory and contrary to basic hospitality standards.

Mögel i badrummet, ostädat under zinken och väggarna, deras wifi var trasigt, bara ett kontakt uttag och handduk för ett två persons rum. Duschen fick också väldigt fort slut på vatten.

Was a very bad experience after a long flight

The staff didn’t bother when we had complaints he simply said you can contact customer service and write your complaints instead of listening and helping us out. The place was not at all clean. No elevator and no help provided.

Worst hotel ever

Booking.com Feedback – Highly Detailed & Strongly Worded

This has been one of the most shocking and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever faced. We booked a room for three adults, but the hotel shamelessly provided a tiny single room that could barely fit one person comfortably. As a result, two of us were forced to sleep on the floor, which is absolutely unprofessional, misleading, and completely disrespectful to guests.

The condition of the room was horrific. It was extremely dirty, the bed linen looked unwashed, and the toilet was in a disgusting state, clearly not cleaned for a very long time. The entire room felt unhygienic and unsafe to stay in.

What made the situation worse was that the reception was completely unattended for more than an hour, leaving us stranded with no help. When the staff finally came, their attitude was rude, careless, and highly unprofessional, with absolutely no sense of responsibility or customer service.

We repeatedly tried contacting both Booking.com support and the OYO team, but no one responded, which added to the frustration and made the situation even more unacceptable.

This property is misleading, poorly maintained, and managed by staff who have no regard for guest safety, comfort, or basic hospitality standards. I strongly urge Booking.com to take strict action against this hotel to prevent other customers from going through such a terrible experience.

I called the property in advance that I will have late arrival but nobody was picking up the call when I reached the city.
After a lot of hassle when i reached the hotel no staff was available. Horrible experience.
