Cons:

Total lack of communication. We tried messaging and emailing the hotel for weeks to arrange a shuttle for our group (6 seniors and 1 baby), but never heard back. Even Booking.com and Accor HQ couldn't get a hold of them. Now we are stuck with a booking we can’t even cancel because the property is 'missing in action.' Don't be fooled by the 24h shuttle claim – they don't respond to anything. Terrible experience.

room is big, modern hotel

we booked family room (specifically with 2 beds), turns out this kind of room doesn't exist. i went down to reception, showed the description of the room on booking.com to the greatest surprise of the staff. they eventually added a camp bed which was really not comfortable.

we went down at 8:02 am to find out that next shuttle was at 8:30 am, we ended up booking didi. need more frequent shuttles

no restaurant for diner. only breakfast (didnt try)

Great location near airport, clean and spacious for a comfortable night stay during our layover.

Cons:

Extremely difficult finding the shuttle location and shuttle bus times. Relied heavily on airport staff who despite being very kind, language difficulties were experienced. Would be helpful to have shuttle bus details prior to arrival in China.

I will give the hotel another chance overall still an ok hotel
Pros:

This is my 5th time staying at the hotel its been consistent i know what to expect staff has gotten better at English

Cons:

I know renovations happen but it would have been good to be put on the opposite side of building where there's less noise & more signals on the bus wouldn't hurt so we can spot it easily at airport

Close to airport

Cons:

Should have told us shuttle bus is slow. We could have got a taxi instead of waiting almost 2 hours. Plane arrived 940pm but we didn’t check in until almost midnight.
