Unit is Small but ok, Host not the best, not easy to communicate with.
Pros:

Building’s front desk and security are very nice.

Cons:

Host is so difficult to reach. We can only communicate with her via Booking messages. She will not call or provide her cell number or WhatsApp for easy communication. Even the front desk had difficulty reaching out to her. We told her we are arriving after midnight from the airport and she did not even tried to leave her contact number with the front desk for easy communication.
The unit is ok, small but ok. Cleanliness is just ok too.

Place was a little small, but able to accommodate 4 pax. Clean and bed is comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
