Cons:

The hotel has just been built. There was only one person at the reception who does not speak English and apparently is not aware of the bookings through booking.com. The hotel might be a good place to stay when it is ready, but currently the staff and the building didn’t seem to be ready for any guests. We were the only and maybe the first guests of the hotel and it seemed a bit weird to be the only people sleeping in the building. We booked the room with breakfast, but the buffet was closed and not yet ready to serve breakfast.
