Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour profiter de la vie du centre ville tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la piscine très agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur. Si vous avez des difficultés pour monter, il faut le signaler car ce n' est pas mentionné sur Booking

Pros:

Personnel gentil et souriant.
L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme, proche du marché de nuit et des restaurants.
La chambre était magnifique, propre, grande avec un petit balcon.
Attention pas d'ascenseur mais il y a des chambres au RDC.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Il y a une belle piscine dont nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter.

Godt hotel, venligt personale, god beliggenhed, men for hårde senge for os.

Flot hotel lidt i kolonistil med stor trætrappe.
Hjælpsomt personale
God, rolig beliggenhed lidt væk fra for meget larm.
Sengene var desværre for hårde for os, så vi skiftede efter eget initiativ til andet hotel, efter personalet havde forsøgt at løse problemet. Vi betalte kun for 2 nætter , selvom vi havde bestilt 5 nætter.

Pros:

This charming hotel is new (Nov 2024) with a Khmer influence. The teak staircase is magnificent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The linen is extra white and crisp. I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The included breakfast has eastern and western choices with a selection of fruits.

Yet, what impressed me the most are the welcoming smiles, the eagerness to please, the care each employee takes toward the hotel.

I spent 15 nights in Siem Reap during the recent battle with Thailand and I have never felt threatened or unsecured even though I was traveling alone. I hope to go back soon.

Pros:

La carpintería de madera de roble oscuro, con detalles y tallados de Angkor wat le daban un toque exquisito y cálido. La habitación estaba super limpia y contaba con un balcón con vista a la pileta que estaba ideal.
Todo el staff fue impecable, fueron muy amables y estuvieron atentos y al servicio en cada detalle.
Nos ayudaron a alquilar una moto para recorrer Angkor Wat.
La pileta y el bar fueron perfecto para relajarnos al final del día.
Estaba a solo unas cuadras de Pub Street, en una cuadra tranquila

Cons:

Había solo escalares pero hay habitaciones en planta baja por lo que sugiero aclarar en caso de necesitarlo, que solicitas habitación abajo

ROBO DE DINERO EN HABITACIÓN
Cons:

Nos robaron ~500$ de 2 habitaciones distintas de 3 maletas distintas. Intentamos hablar con el personal del hotel pero no se mostraron colaborativos; el dueño nos engañó llamando a la policía de diversos sitios y no nos facilitó el hacer la denuncia. Adicionalmente, dijeron que no se iban a hacer responsables del hecho y que no nos iban a ayudar en saber quién había sido.

Pas de grande miroir pour se regarder.
Frigo qui ne refroidit pas.
La porte du placard difficile à manipuler donc pas pratique pour la faire coulisser

Hôtel propre et bien situé non loin du centre de Siem Reap

Grande chambre d'hôtel dans un quartier tranquille situé près du centre de Siem Reap et des marchés. Le personnel était toujours très gentils et serviables. Le lit était trop dur pour moi et on m'a offert de le changer.

Le lit était très dur. On m'a offert de le changer, mais ce n'était guère mieux. Il y avait toujours un ou deux gecko dans la chambre qui faisait du bruit la nuit. Ce n'est pas très agréable. Le déjeuner servi n'était pas très bon. Les mets ne sont pas gardés au chaud. Il n'y avait pas de vrai jus et peu de choix de fruits, de céréales ou de mets continentaux. Je suis parti deux jours à l'avance parce que je devait prendre l'avion. J'ai demandé à la réceptionniste si l'on pouvait me rembourser ma dernière nuit. Elle était censé me revenir avec la réponse du gérant, mais je n'ai jamais reçu de suite à ma demande. J'aurais accepté qu'on me le refuse, comme c'était payé, mais ne pas recevoir de réponde m'a déplu.
