A quite outstanding hotel
Pros:

This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere!!
The room was huge , the bed so comfortable, the toilet / shower facilities superb, TV and fridge in room with complementary tea/coffee/water. So clean
Air-con very good and the room is nice and quiet at night making rest / sleep easy.
Breakfast has plenty of choice , fresh and delicious.
The staff are amazing, so helpful, pretty good English and the hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa (which we used) and this hotel will arrange trips for you (e.g. to Angkor Wat) at a very good price compared to other local taxi / tuk-tuk etc. providers.

Cons:

The coffee served at breakfast is very weak to our taste (but the coffee in the room is much better)

Čudovita soba s prelepo dekoracijo zaves in blazin.Dovolj odlagalna površine. Velika kopalnica z vsem potrebnim. Lep balkon. Osebje nas je prijazno sprejelio n nam prineslo in odneslo kovčke. Ugodili so nama tudi glede pozne odjave, saj so razumeli,da sva pozno prišla iz izleta. Žal nam je edino,da nismo ostali več dni. V bližini tržnic , restavracij in templjev..

Pros:

Obsługa była fantastyczna! Bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta.
Różnorodne, bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

-W hotelu internet nie działał poprawnie, co chwilę zrywało połączenie. Było to tak frustrujące, że nie byliśmy w stanie pracować w hotelu.
- Łazienki mógłby być trochę bardziej czystsze.
- W hotelu znajduję się dyspozytor wody, jednak ta woda na straszny zapach i smakuje algami i mułem. Nie da się jej pić. Taki sam zapach miała woda pod prysznicem.

Personnel très aimable, serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner (payant) est un buffet a volonté, bonne affaire. La piscine.

Pros:

Personnel gentil et souriant.
L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme, proche du marché de nuit et des restaurants.
La chambre était magnifique, propre, grande avec un petit balcon.
Attention pas d'ascenseur mais il y a des chambres au RDC.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Il y a une belle piscine dont nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter.

Просторный номер. Удобная кровать и подушки. Есть завтрак, но очень скудный (для нас). Чайник, чайный набор. Воду доливают в стеклянную неодноразовую тару ежедневно. Есть неодноразовые тапки для бассейна и халаты. В номере уютно. Балкон с очень миля и геконами. Есть бассейн. Персонал дружелюбный. Могут вызвать такси от и до аэропорта по цене 25 долларов.

Cons:

Воды горячей практически не было. Помыться и тем более помыть голову было невозможно. Под окнами стройка. В 6 утра начинается звук отбойного молотка, но вы проснётесь раньше, так как за окном буддийский храм и в рупор очень громкие песнопения продолжаются примерно с 5 утра и до 6 утра и беруши вам не помогут.
