The pod itself, location, and the friendly staff.
The extraction fans in the toilet, especially in the shower, can be better.

very near to kl sentral where i arrived, just across the nu sentral! the receptionist is nice and give very detail explanations of facilities. the pantry is cozy, i can finish work in there. the stay is comfortable. i even meet friendly fellow traveller there. the place is safe and quite lively at night. u can grab food anytime outside
