I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered this hidden gem in Benin! The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, serving breakfast promptly at the exact time requested. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a home-away-from-home experience.
From the diligent cleaning crew to the friendly rooftop staff and welcoming front desk team, everyone's demeanor is genuinely exceptional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Cotonou, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Poor services
Pros:

The WiFi is not working on the 3rd floor despite several complains, the light in my room went off and wasn’t repaired until I checked out.
The hotel staff are very friendly and polite to everyone and always will to help but all is beyond them due to owner’s instructions.

Nice room, appalling service
Pros:

I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely but power cuts still occurred intermittently. The downside to the stay was the abysmal customer service. No breakfast when ordered and no payment by card on check-out, resulting in a two hour delay caused by obtuse staff.

Positives:I love that it is an aparthotel
The property was very clean and modern, and we also got a room upgrade when we arrived (thank you to the manager) . Location is central, wifi speed was also excellent and room had internet enabled TV
Breakfast was served in restaurant or room, and staffs were very helpful and courteous.
Flip side: There is a club at the roof of the hotel and they had a very loud party the first day we arrived and music didn't stop till around 1/2a.m, we could not sleep well on the first night.
Breakfast was same thing every morning, they should get more creative.
Overall, it was a good stay.
