Trevlig personal, dilan kontaktade mig genom WhatsApp bara för att fråga om jag behövde något. Sängarna bekväma, rent i rummet. Rekommendera!

Distance in till stan beirut. Måste ta taxi som tar ungefär 20 min in till centrum. Annars perfekt allting

خدمه الفندق رائعة ومعامله جداً ممتازه وشكر خاص الى موظف الفندق المتواجد في المسبح وفي الكافي شكراً ع المعامله وابتسامه الحلوة (قصي ) هذا الموظف قصي له جزيل الشكر وسوف نعود الي الفندق مره اخره من اجل قصي الغالي وشكراً الى اداره الفندق على حسن الاختيار في الموظفين
وكل الشكر الى السوبر فايزر زينة الجميلة
والى علي عاملة الخدمة البطل
وباقي الموظفين الرائعين كلهم ما قصروا

I liked the location as it’s nearby everything and the area was not noisy.
Pros:

Location , AC was amazing and staff where very helpful

Gym was not up to standards , not having iron and iron board provided in the rooms.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

This wasn't my first stay at the hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The check-in process was fast, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming.
During check-out, there was a large group checking out at the same time, but Aya at the reception handled everything quickly and professionally despite how busy it was. Her efficiency and positive attitude were truly appreciated.
A special thanks to Ms. Linda for her outstanding hospitality and professional service. She always makes guests feel welcome. I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!
