Pros:

The room are same as the picture show.
The room was clean, and the blankets and pillows were also fresh and clean.
The washroom provided shampoo, body wash, toothbrush sets, and a hairdryer, which was very convenient.
The room also had a TV and a water kettle, making it easy to prepare coffee or tea in the room.
The location is good, with a mall and food court nearby, so getting food was very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven and a convenience stall on the ground floor.
Sound insulation between rooms was acceptable, as I did not hear noise from other rooms throughout the night.
The air conditioning worked well too.

Cons:

I chose a room with a window so I could see the road outside. However, the sound insulation from the window was not very good, and I could hear some noise from passing cars and motorcycles.
Another issue was that the window had a water leakage problem during rainy weather.

clean and nearby The Mines shopping mall, and the staff were friendly and provided 24 hour service

Cons:

The lights are too bright and can't be adjusted, so at night it's either fully lit or completely dark when I sleep, which I'm not used to.
