After collection of room key need to park car to level 1 but No proper direction signage to indicate where to go to take lift to room.

We have a single bed and one large bed.

The single bed is seen as old and makes quirky sound when sleep on it. The management should be informed of it and perhaps may have to get a new one for replacement.

Conveniently located on top of the banquet hall, therefore a good choice for attending banquet till late hours.

Cons:

1. default is 1 room access card per room, I asked for 1 extra room access card when check-in but was informed that no extra key available that day cause the hotel was fully booked. Quite puzzling, a hotel only keep room access card equal to their number of rooms?
2. The digital door lock malfunctions, unable to lock. Gave a call to housekeeping, no one shows up even after 15 minutes. End up we stopped a hotel personnel passing by our room, who in turn asked a supervisor to come check and end up tell us: the electrician forget to unblock the door after unlock and blocked it for a maintenance check.... Well, very unsafe for customers, especially the lock still beep like normal when you tap the card, found out by doing a push check after shutting the door.

Pros:

Big room, nice wooden table and closet.

Cons:

Bathroom and Toilet are separated. But they are too small that we didn't have a place to hang our clothes inside of the bath room.
