Service, I stay 70 minutes in queue for checking, only one person handles the checking and too many guest. There are another staff in reception but she didn't work

Nice hotel just beside Mines shopping mall..

Cons:

1. Parking is super far away if u bringing luggage then prepare to expeditions without signaage and imagine if u check in late n walking inside an empty building transfer from parking walking to main building is no joke.
2. My checkin take me 45min Q... Not sure if the inefficient checkin system. See my picture of Q not many but it took me 45min.

Pros:

Spacious for a family of 6. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioner's temperature and mode can be self adjusted. Plenty of hangers provided.

Cons:

No windows, you will not realise what time is it when you wake up in the morning. Cups, jug kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar in sachets provided but no spoon or anything to stir your drink at all. No mini fridge but it's okay. Hairs in the toilet bowl when cheking in. Driving up to the hotel's indoor parking lot is daunting. Luckily only 2 turns. Need to make sure tyre didn't hit the divider while car's body didn't scratch the wall.
