Pros:

There was nothing much to like here.

Cons:

One of the worst experiences I had in my life. I booked a room for three people and paid close to 3000 but it was not even worth 500.
1. They gave a small room where the AC didn't work ,when complained about it they changed the room where the washroom was pathetic,there was not even enough space for one adult to stand.
2.They gave a room in 3rd floor even after booking way before but we're giving others customers who were just arriving better rooms.
3. Behaviour was also not professional.

Pros:

Not much positive can be said about this accommodation. First of all, the area is very shabby and crowded. I booked a more expensive room expecting it to be better, but it was full of mold and suspicious stains. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because my feet would get black if I didn’t. Do not recommend!

Cons:

Everything was pretty bad, at least the personnel working were kind.

So much potential, but...
Pros:

A convenient location.. Loved being near Bhogal. The guys who helped us in our rooms were very nice.

Cons:

Neither the TV or the air con worked. The fan made a loud noise and the sheets had not been changed. But what was most disappointing was the unwillingness of the men at reception to do something about it. They didn't seem to care. We also had a drunk man wander into our room at one stage.

Cons:

Laut (von wegen Schallisolierung), dreckig und heruntergekommen. Obwohl wir unten Essen wollten, wurde uns versichert, dass es kein Problem sei, auf dem Zimmer zu Essen (es gibt keinen Tisch). Das hat dann im Nachhinein extra gekostet (Servicegebühr). Ansonsten war es wirklich nicht sauber. Die Handtücher waren obwohl sie frisch waren, noch feucht.

I change three room in this Hotel but I was not satisfied by hotel facilities.
Pros:

I don't like anything in this hotel.

Cons:

Room were smelling very bad like a hospital and Room area was very small but in hotel website room photos were very attractive but in reality room area was very less and all room furniture was very old and damaged.I suggest to people who are going to stay at this hotel please first check room.
