Unacceptable- simple as that
Cons:

Originally i had booked a room at one oasis, it looked very nice on the pictures. But because of a plumbing issue i was moved to persimmon studios, which is in no way was comparable to the other room. And they did not give a discount even though i were moved to a substandard room in a worn down building
