I would advise the owner to invest in cleaning and renovating the room, not just in making money.

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and had mold on the walls. There was also mold on the bedroom walls, and there were cracks in the corner of the wall. The doors were in poor condition.

Adorei o lugar bem limpo e silencioso por estar bem perto da praia , o ambiente e bem arejado,quando cheguei o responsável pelo lugar me recepcionou bem ,o lugar e bem aconchegante e perto de tudo mercado,padaria,e supermercado ,muito obrigada Rogério pela atenção e hospitalidade .

O anfitrião Rogério é excepcional! Muito receptivo, deu excelentes dicas de restaurantes e de praias mais restritas em condomínio fechado, nos apoiou em diversas situações! Nota mil!! A localização é perfeita, uma quadra da praia de Pernambuco, uma das melhores.

Cons:

Pelo valor dá pra ficar em um hotel simples de rede e ter bem mais conforto. Não havia toalhas, cobertores, nem lençol. Não tem varanda, é o corredor de acesso mesmo. Não tem frigobar também. Travesseiro terrível. O quarto não estava limpo, tinha bastante teia de aranha (e as aranhas rs).
