Very good value, comfortable and clean!
Pros:

Loved the tiny rooms, comfortable beds, great price, nice to have fresh bread in the morning and free hot drinks!

The rooms are tiny but it didn’t matter! Great place

Close enough to walk to Tokyo station which was very helpful. Has a 711 just around the corner.

Great service, good accomodation and good location.
Pros:

Despite being in a small space, the room had everything you needed, including pyjamas, a heated toilet seat, good coffee and was extremely clean.

Cons:

Nothing.

Better than expected!
Pros:

Double room: comfy bed; quality pajamas; in-room toilet; east-west fusion shower/bath; sink; free toothbrushes, water and towels refreshed every day and you can choose whether you want your room cleaned each day or after 5 days; nice hot chocolate/latte maker in the lobby with tea and decent pastries every morning; in-room fridge; light dimmer controls on bed; 2 sets of blinds to help with street noise and light.

Cons:

Things that can't be helped like street noise, but hotel offers earplugs and my own wax plugs plus the blinds were enough to block out a lot of it.
