A well-located hotel with excellent service and useful complimentary amenities, offering good value
Pros:

Conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, this hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, complimentary morning coffee and pastries, and a comfortable stay. While the rooms are modest in size, this is typical for Tokyo hotels and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Cons:

Compared to our previous stay on a higher floor, we noticed a very faint damp smell in our room on a lower floor. While it was noticeable, it was not particularly strong and did not significantly impact our overall stay.

Super für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage und saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Morgens gibt es immer Continental Breakfast für alle.

Cons:

Zimmer sind zur Autobahn ausgerichtet, es ist also ziemlich laut, wenn man lüften möchte.

A practical and affordable hotel
Pros:

Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu was a good, budget-friendly option for our family and suited our needs for a short stay in Tokyo. While not a luxury hotel, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stop.

We stayed in adjoining rooms for our family of four, which worked well and gave us a little extra space while still keeping everyone close by. As is common in Tokyo, both the rooms and bathrooms were quite small, but they were functional and clean.

A nice bonus was the complimentary bread and coffee available in the morning, which was appreciated before heading out for the day. There is also a 7-Eleven directly across the road, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or any essentials.

Overall, Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu is a practical and reasonably priced choice for a short stay. The rooms are compact, but the adjoining room option worked well for our family, and it provided good value for what we needed.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise. The hotel is located next to a highway, and traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night, particularly if you're a light sleeper.
