I left and didn't stay as they were dishonest.
Pros:

I called the property and asked will they charge the same amount of money and he responded "Yes Sir, Jo hai wahi lenge" And I became happy. But then when I came the reception person made some formal gestures typed around the computer and asked me double the money. I avoided and went out.

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Unhygienic Conditions and Overcharging

Dear Booking.com Support,

I recently had a disappointing experience with a hotel booked through your platform. Upon reserving, the listed price for the room was ₹650, but upon arrival, the hotel charged ₹1,700, including breakfast.

The kitchen was located right next to our room in the same lane, and when I checked in the morning, it was extremely unhygienic and dirty. Due to these conditions and our early departure for Vrindavan, we requested a refund for the breakfast amount, but the hotel refused. The manager initially claimed he would consult the owner, but no refund was ever processed.

Given the misleading pricing and unsanitary conditions, I would like to formally request Booking.com to facilitate a refund. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the consumer forum.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

The female staff is fraud, be careful!
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, The property looks new, and great location as it is few minutes drive from the International Airport.

Cons:

I was shocked to experience dishonest behavior at check-in. The female receptionist asked to see my booking confirmation on my phone, then requested to take a picture of it. Shortly after, she informed me that I had to pay double the confirmed price from Booking.com. When I questioned the discrepancy, she showed me an email—on my phone—reflecting the higher price.
Later, when I checked my emails as soon as I reached my room, I found a modified booking confirmation with the inflated price. How does she dare to access my phone, changed the booking, and charged me higher price???
This is unacceptable and fraudulent. Booking.com should investigate, and the hotel must take action against this staff member.

To future guests: never hand over your phone to hotel staff. On a positive note, another staff member was very kind, assisting me with my luggage and meals.

Totally rubbish, cockroaches lizard in rooom, sealon of water, very rude staff, totally fraud people, I never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, , the real name of this hotel is hotel airport plaza, totally fake name in booking. Com

Fraud person, I have booked room for 400 as shown in website but when I reached there for chech in, the person at reception ask me to deposit 950 rupees, by saying this is modified price, after sometime he is ready to give room at 850 , this is a kind of fraud they are doing, in website different rate, and at place other rates
