From the moment you walk in, you will get the warmest and friendliest service. The entire team here are amazing, and continually go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The hotel is immaculate, and the small attention to detail are truly appreciated. An amazing stay, will most definitely be back

Le restaurant était fermé et 'ous avons pas pu boire un coup car le bar était quasiment vide, ce qui est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles

Was extremely worried about the hotel scams in Hanoi but the Legend really exceeded my expectations! Was a little pricier than some other places but it was genuinely giving 4-5 star treatment. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful, check in and out was smooth. Everything was explained to me clearly, no hidden fees, etc. During my stay they switched over to the 9th floor for breakfast and it was so grand! They also weren’t pushy about organising their own transport, tours, etc, had reached out to me on WhatsApp to see if I needed help with airport transfer but I had my Grab App so that was sorted.
There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it. Room was slightly a bit too cold aha
We arrived at 3am in the morning and had 2 team members greet us the moment we stepped out of our transport, and made sure we settled into our room. All team members we engaged with during our stay were very professional, respectful and attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was great with a broad selection of food. Location was ideal for walking to some of the key attractions of Hanoi. Thank you Legend Hotel for a great experience.

All the staff are kind and helpful! Breakfast was good.
The fire alarm drill that happened on one of our nights. Hopefully whoever guests triggered the alarm was charged extra for the unnecessary chaos that happened at 11pm.
The Legend Hanoi Hotel was pure luxury. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. The location was fantastic (quieter than being in the Old Quarter but walking distance to it). The staff were really terrific. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like, but it will be an absolute bonus when the swimming pool is completed. We would definitely have used it had it been ready.
