Lujo y comfort en Hanoi
Pros:

Nos alojamos tres noches para comenzar nuestra luna de miel y no pudimos estar más a gusto. El personal no podía ser más amable y servicial en todo momento. Además, contratamos con Kate las excursiones a Ninh Binh y el crucero por Ha Long Bay, que fue espectacular. Kate estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos.

El hotel está fantástico, muy cuidado y con un ambiente estupendo. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

أعجبني الفندق بشكل عام، من حيث الأثاث واللوبي الجميل والموقع المميز. الموظفون كانوا في غاية اللطف والتعاون، ودائمًا ما يبادرون بتقديم المساعدة بابتسامة وحسن تعامل. الإفطار أيضًا كان جميلًا ومتنوعًا، ومن الأمور التي أعجبتني توفر خيارات متعددة من الأطعمة الحلال، مما جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة ومتعة.

Cons:

من الملاحظات البسيطة أن العزل الصوتي ضعيف نوعًا ما، كما أن الصالة الرياضية صغيرة، ولكن هذه الملاحظات لم تؤثر بشكل عام على جودة الفندق أو تجربتي الإيجابية خلال الإقامة.
بشكل عام، الفندق مريح ومناسب جدًا للعوائل، وأشجع على الإقامة فيه، وكانت تجربتي فيه جميلة وممتعة.

VIP-Experience, jedem zu empfehlen für Hanoi, preiswert
Pros:

Ausgezeichneter Service des Hotel Personals, man wird wie ein VIP behandelt, sehr aufmerksam. Bei Ankunft mit dem Taxi wird alles abgenommen (ich möchte betonen dass der Ungang sehr angenehm war und es wurde nie auf ein Tip gewartet wie in anderen Häusern/Ländern). Check In war sehr entspannt im Sitzen in der Lobby, haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen da unser Zimmer sonst eine Aussicht zu einer Gebäudewand hätte. Lian hat uns zu allen unseren Wünschen und Interessen beraten und Spots empfohlen. Pool und Gym klein aber fein und sauber. Wir haben Obst gekauft um es im Zimmer zu essen, ein Obstmesser konnte uns nicht ausgehändigt werden aber sie haben uns netterweise das Obst zurechtgeschnitten und auf einem Teller ins Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück hatte eine Auswahl von international und asiatisch, unbedingt nachfragen welche Suppe es gibt, bei uns gab es Pho und Bun Rieu (vietnamesische Spezialitäten)

Etwas wenig Ablagefläche im Bad, Handtücher Ablage/Hänger waren über der Toilette angebracht (etwas unhygienisch). Toilettenpapier musste in den Mülleimer entsorgt werden, jedoch war dieser ohne Deckel das heißt man hat den Inhalt ständig gesehen und evtl auch gerochen.
Boden in und um die Dusche war sehr rutschig, 2x fast ausgerutscht nach dem duschen, Handtücher hatten kleine Verfärbungen.
Aussicht war trotz Upgrade auf eine Baustelle aber da kann keiner was für.

Pros:

We were kindly greeted by the hotel staff. Everyone, from reception to restaurant, was very kind and mindful. The breakfast was excellent. We were a group of 14 and everyone appreciated our stay at the Legend Hanoi Hotel. Keep the good work team Legend Hanoi.
