Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre et très bien localisé. L’accueil est très chaleureux et on reçoit toute les explications nécessaires à notre arrivée.
La chambre et la literie sont très confortable.
Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin.

Stylish new hotel with excellent service and location
Pros:

A beautiful new hotel with a luxurious atmosphere and an excellent location in Hanoi. The staff were very kind and responsive throughout our stay.
As we were travelling as a small group, the hotel kindly accommodated our request and placed all our rooms on the same floor, on a higher level with quiet rooms, which we truly appreciated.
Rooms were cleaned daily and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was rich and varied. A nice extra touch is that you can receive complimentary bottled water at the reception whenever you ask.
The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon coffee/tea, juice and small sweets, which was a pleasant surprise.
We used the paid airport transfer arranged by the hotel – it was punctual, convenient and very well organized.
There is also a lovely small outdoor terrace for smokers, thoughtfully designed so it does not disturb non-smoking guests.
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The staff was so nice. They dropped us off each time at the taxi till and waved till we started driving away. The breakfast was excellent . There was an all day snack near the reception which was a nice touch.

Cons:

some construction was going on nearby. But it wasn’t a bother.

Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was outstanding with so many selections. They have a lovely afternoon tea that is included in your booking. We had room service one night and the food was great and not expensive.

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war gut wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in einem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend ein tolle Auswahl das lohnt sich wirklich.
