Pros:

Hotel muito limpo e organizado, quarto confortavel, cama otima e ambiente super confortável. Comida boa e restaurante excelente ,Café de manhã otima e jantar nos surpreendeu muito.Piscina com uma vista linda e otima para relaxar.

Cons:

Acredito que o hotel poderia ter mais elevadores e sentimos falta de mais câmeras de segurança em algumas areas do hotel. . Mesmo assim tivemos uma otima experiência.

Cons:

Limpeza ( toalhas sujas, mal cheiro banheiro) lençol pequeno , travesseiros ruins, recepção respondia sem entender a demanda, quebra de privacidade (chegaram a entrar no quarto quando estávamos nele sem bater na porta) sem interfone no quarto,falha na entrega de toalhas, etc…
