Pros:

nice view on the side of the bridge, the beds are comfy, the staff was nice
the market next to the flat is nice

Cons:

It's very far away from the metro and bus, we had to take taxis all the time. if you stay around Gwangalli it's fine, but if you have to move around Busan, there are better locations to stay
there is not much in the kitchen to cook
There is no proper covers on the beds and pillows

Pros:

Opravdu krásný nový soukromý byt s výhledem na moře a pláží asi 10 minut chůze. Měly jsme zde k dispozici vše, co bylo potřeba. Byt byl čistý a prostorný. Majitel ihned řešil, co bylo potřeba.

La posizione strategica, la dotazione di prodotti per l'igiene, l'arredamento nuovo e curato.

Cons:

La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata terribile. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni su come usare l'aria condizionata o i fornelli (c'erano poche indicazioni e solo in coreano) e non ci è stata data risposta. Come ciliegina sulla torta, ci avevano assicurato un lettino per nostro figlio di quasi due anni e in camera abbiamo trovato solo una culla da neonato. Alla mia richiesta di averne una più grande è stato risposto picche, e mio figlio ha dovuto arrangiarsi a dormire sul pavimento con delle coperte, con l'aria condizionata accesa tutta la notte e senza poter mangiare il cibo che avremmo voluto preparargli nell'angolo cottura della camera, dato che i proprietari non ci hanno detto come usarla. Esperienza pessima.

Amazing time in Busan at a very nice flat
Pros:

This is the perfect option if you travel in Busan and want to stay close to the beach. The flat is in a very modern building and has a very modern, fancy decoration. We are a family of 3 and had a wonderful time. We found it a bit tricky to check-in but at the end we read the instructions once more and found our way (when you want to unlock the flat's door you have to press at 2 random digits on the keypad; the keypad with all digits available is revealed, only then you type the password given by the owners). The bed was a biiit soft than I wanted but my daughter and wife loved it. The room is very spacious. The view is amazing. Tons of really good restaurants, Konbinis, eating places at the Gwangali beach. If you want to visit Haeundae beach you can order an Uber taxi, costs around 5-8 euros. We did not visit any of central Busan's sightseeings so I can not tell you if the flat is well located but if you want to explore Gwangalli and have some really good time at the beach nearby then this flat is the best option you can choose.

Amazing views, great location above convince stores/restaurants and walkable distance to the beach. The bed was very soft/comfortable, great TV with YouTube and Netflix. Great value for money.
