The staff were welcoming and kind, the setting is stunning and the food and wine delicious
Pros:

Beautiful property with unique and comfortable accommodations. The staff were very kind and helpful. The grounds are relaxing and well kept. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

Very small thing but we were given no choice on the welcome glass of wine and while the winery produces mostly excellent wines, the one we were offered was terrible.

Pros:

Beautiful location, nice hosts at the reception. Everybody was very friendly.
Waiters offered anti mosquito milk.

Cons:

Dirty room & restroom, ants (!) under my bed and on the wall.
During our stay at the restaurant the waiters were very slow, did not notice us even though we were sitting in plain sight.

La calidad de cada detalle es excepcional, esta pensado cada rincon para tener una estadia excelente y que sea unico. Realmente lo es, recomiendo alojarse ahi si tiene la posibilidad.

Cons:

El encargado fue muy poco amable a la hora de resolver un problema que tuvimos con el pago de la estadia. Nos rechazo una tarjeta por cierto monto y nunca nos avisaron, cuando llegamos al hotel nos cobraron mas de lo que nosotros queriamos pagar. El encargado no tuvo ni la mas minima atencion de pedirnos disculpas por no habernos avisado y 0 empatia a la hora de informarnos sobre la situacion. Una lastima que semejante lugar no tenga la calidez de atender y resolver problemas de los clientes como uno espera.

Sehr nice und tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Die Lodge zwischen den Weinreben ist toll.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der Pool könnte häufiger gereinigt werden.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, schöne Unterkunft in den Reben.

Cons:

Baulärm von der Erweiterung der Anlage- von morgens bis abends wurde gehämmert, geschweisst, etc. Man müsste bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen werden.

Amazingly beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Amazing hotel. So beautiful! Even better than the pictures.
We had a wine lodge, overlooking the vineyards, which was spacious and very modernly decorated. The pool was also large and overlooking the vineyards and the mountains.
There is a very beautiful restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, the best we had in Argentina.
When you arrive, you receive one glass of wine and also two small ones with a tasting in the winery in the village!
We wish we would have stayed longer!

Cons:

The only reason I didn't give 10 is that the electricity was out for an hour in the morning, due to a storm, but I guess the hotel can't help this and it was fixed after a while.
