Pros:

Wunderschöne Landschaft und sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft! Das Personal ist super freundlich!

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt bei Ankunft aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage mit der man das Zimmer etwas hochheizen kann.

DECEPCION CON LA ATENCION

No me gusto que entramos a la habitación y había invasión de mosquitos. Muchísimos. Evidentemente no chequean la habitación antes de entregarla. Les pedí Raid y no tenían. No tenían ningún tipo de veneno para mosquitos. Nos dijeron que recién al otro día nos podían conseguir. Viajo mucho y jamás me paso algo así. Cuando estábamos por ir a buscar por nuestros propios medios veneno a un kiosco porque era imposible entrar a la habitación aparecieron con un Raid. Tuvimos q esperar afuera dos horas. Llegamos y preguntamos si podíamos comer algo en la recepción porque veníamos de viaje y con hambre, nos dijeron que no. Que deberíamos haber reservado. Me pareció pésimo que siendo huéspedes no podamos acceder al restaurante. Me acerque a la moza y le pregunte si podíamos comer algo casi suplicando por un servicio que obviamente íbamos a pagar y ella nos dijo que si y fue muy amable. Si era por la recepción nos negó el servicio. El restaurante Pausa tenia 3 mesas ocupadas y el resto vacías. Una lástima la atención para un lugar tan hermoso. El Paisaje un mil.

La ubicación de la habt pegada al sector de comidas: deben advertir esto ya que dificulta seriamente el descanso en horarios de almuerzo/merienda y cena

Amazing stay to relax and explore the area

An amazing place to relax and enjoy the location!

Restaurant was fantastic - breakfast, empanadas in the afternoon and all other snacks, dinner.

Bedroom was very comfortable. We stayed at the 2bedrooms accommodation and it was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom also very spacious.

Swimming pool was very nice and my kids had a blast. The tours arranged, like horse riding around the area was great!

Cannot recommend enough!

Faulty lock on the door to our room meant locking the room was very difficult every time, disappointingly no one tried to fix the problem during our stay.
