Cons:

The property was under renovation and non-functional. We were standing outside the locked gate at 9 PM trying to contact them. The contact number of the property given on your site was also non-functional. How was the booking accepted and processed when the establishment was not even functioning?! This shows EXTREME unprofessionalism, both on the part of the property and on the part of booking.com. At night, we had to go looking for some other accomodation! A completly unpleasant and difficult experience !
