⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Outstanding Stay at Himmel Skardu

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Himmel Skardu. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely rooms that are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained.

The views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such incredible scenery every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also has such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and switch off from the outside world.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the team were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after our journey.

A special mention must go to our hotel host, Majid, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive and always available whenever we needed assistance. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his warm hospitality really made our stay special.

We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and the quality of the food was excellent. The fresh parathas and eggs were particularly good, and breakfast was always served with care. Irfan deserves a special mention — we were greeted every morning with a smile, which was such a lovely way to start the day.

We were also lucky enough to have dinner at the hotel a few times, and on one evening the team went above and beyond by arranging a bonfire especially for us. Sitting around the bonfire surrounded by the mountains was such a memorable experience and a wonderful personal touch.

The hotel facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed some wonderful massages, with very professional and skilled therapists, and made great use of the hot tub, sauna and pickleball courts.

Only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the road to hotel but nothing to do with hotel

Amazing stay with breathtaking views
Pros:

Excellent service and wonderful experience! Zaheer Awan at the front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer care throughout our stay. The spa was one of the best I have experienced, and Tehzeeb was highly professional with his brilliant massage skills.

I had a very pleasant stay at Himmel Luxus. The view from the room was really good and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the food overall was of good quality with a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

The room could have been better maintained. There were a few maintenance issues, such as loose door handles, and the overall upkeep could be improved. The sofas also had noticeable stains, which made them look unclean. In addition, the room could benefit from better blackout curtains or window coverings, as the morning sunlight enters the room very early and makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I liked the overall hotel, staff was really nice and helping, food was amazing, view is amazing, breakfast was really good too

Cons:

I didn't liked the fact that paid so much for one night and still room wasn't clean and maintained as it should be sofa bed carpet, curtains everything was dusty and as i have dust allergy i felt very uncomfortable it needs more maintainance
