The hotel was in a great location. We loved walking around the area and enjoyed our stay

Все понравилось.большой номер,вид из окна красивый👍первая линия и замечальные завтраки!Очень достойный отель!

Немного неудобно было приспособиться к ванной,но потом привыкли,пол сохнет быстро

Pyszne śniadania, najlepsze Pho w Wietnamie, wygodne i wielkie łóżka. Świeża, czysta pościel. Basen hotelowy super (dojście do basenu około 3 minut od hotelu)
Obsługa uśmiechnięta i bardzo życzliwa .
Lokalizacja super, czysta plaża i przepiękne zachody słońca.

Pros:

Right by the beach, the room clean and bigger than hotels I already stayed in this area. All staff are friendly, makes me feel really welcome. I like the buffet breakfast here, it’s quite complete, and for those who are not happy about it, I suggest the best possible way is you should try breakfast at other places in Phu Quoc with the same price and see how it compares ^.^

The hotel could improve by covering some technical holes (they said they will fix this in the low season). It doesn’t affect safety or the stay, just the look a bit.

Pros:

Phòng nhìn ra 1 phần biển, rộng rãi sạch sẽ. Nhân viên nhìn có vẻ chưa phải chuyên nghiệp như 4 sao nhưng làm tốt vai trò, quan tâm và chăm sóc khách hàng. Ngay biển và nhiều cây xanh.

Excellent location, close to the beach, very clean property..good breakfast..everything was so good about this hotel. Would love to come back here again.

Everything was good..maybe the shower in the bathroom should have been better..instead of a tub

Pros:

Завтраки однообразны и скудноваты,но голодными не останетесь, отзывчивый персонал ,который делал всё,что мог,до пляжа 2 минуты.Напротив отеля конечная остановка общественного транспорта,на автобусе можно было добраться до центра города и на север острова.В самом комплексе чисто.

Cons:

Непонятно,как можно пользоваться душем в ванной комнате, нет крепления для душа,если установить в то,которое есть,то вся вода будет просто литься на пол,то есть пришлось принимать душ стоя в ванной и держа душ в одной руке,при этом часть воды из ванной через слив вытекала на пол и текла по полу в слив в углу .Номер просторный,но пустой, только один стул, нет ламп на тумбочках, некуда присесть кроме кровати.Постельное белье и полотенца ,вынос мусора из номера,только если попросишь на рецепшн,туалетных принадлежностей по минимуму,то есть если волосы длинные,то шампуни не хватит,халаты очень маленького размера,на российский не больше 44 р, поменяли один раз за 14 дней, второй комплект халатов был синтетическим,пара резиновых тапок была одинакового размера,не более чем на 38. У отеля стоит уровень 4*,на тройку даже не тянет,заявленный в описании бассейн,это общий бассейн на весь комплекс. До моря 2 мин, но пляжа как такового у отеля нет, постоянно чуть ли не по головам носились местные,катающие отдыхающих на бананах и парашютах, правее сток в море какой то канализации, уходили левее на пляж Интерконтиненталя
