The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the overall design felt tasteful and well thought out. Everything was well maintained and exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Honestly, very little to complain about. If anything, I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the facilities more.

Please come when too many people come here to do business
Pros:

I canceled my reservation twice before arriving because of the negative reviews about the hotel. But everything was completely different when I finally arrived and stayed for the first night.
They truly have everything here: the location (it feels very close to nature yet modern and well-equipped), the scenery, the convenience, and easy access to everywhere. Most importantly, the people and the staff here are exceptional. They handle everything quickly, and their English is on a completely different level compared to many places I’ve visited in Vietnam. On the surface, they may not look as polished as a typical 4-star hotel, but the way they solve problems and communicate is clear, decisive, and genuinely pleasant.
Regarding the negative reviews, I only found out after speaking with the manager that the hotel changed ownership and management in 2026. Most of the negative comments were from before that time.
The room is very clean, with a pleasant fragrance. The hotel is located right by the beach, and the landscape is beautifully maintained. Bus line 19 stops right in front of the entrance and goes to the airport, the city center, and the northern part of the island at a very cheap price. It only takes about five minutes to book a Grab taxi. It’s next to the lively Sailing Club and directly across from the 6-star InterContinental Hotel. Motorbike rentals, convenience stores, and the night market are all within 200 meters. The hotel also has a restaurant with a new chef who cooks very delicious food (at least in my opinion). The swimming pool is large and beautiful, shared within the entire resort complex.
It’s so peaceful that you can hear birds singing every morning. Having breakfast while looking at the sea, watching fishing boats, feeling the ocean breeze, listening to piano music and birdsong… I can’t remember the last time I felt this way.

Cons:

I came in the peak season so the price is higher. Its not hotel's fault. For this period just book 1 month in advance and everything is fine.

Personalen. 2 killar i receptionen som kunde mycket bra engelska. Ovanligt i Vietnam. Läget på hotellet. Uteplatserna att äta frukost på.

Cons:

Dörrar som var svåra att stänga. För många hotell till samma poolområde.

Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Очень хорошее расположение отеля- до пляжа 3 минуты, остановка на городской автобус через дорогу, ночной рынок в 100 метрах, красивый новый район для отдыхающих. Лифт работает без перебоев. Много пунктов проката Байков и велосипедов. Много точек, где можно поесть. В 3 км от отеля есть магазин " Кинконг", куда мы ездили на велосипедах,- там есть всё необходимое для жизни, даже лекарства. Уборка в номерах проводится по табличкам: повесил на дверь табличку ( человек с веником)- уберут номер, нет таблички на двери- нет уборки. Очень много прачечных. Для короткого отпуска- тихий, уютный отель.

Cons:

Пляж-частично, с зонтиками и шезлонгами- платный,а другая часть дикая -запасайтесь ковриками для лежаниями и покрывалами, чтобы не сгореть. В море плавает какая-то взвесь - не растворяется и не тонет, сначала думали песок поднялся, но оказалось, что это не песок. Бассейн есть, но не от отеля, а сам по себе. Нет возможности сушить белье после пляжа, запасайтесь веревкой и прищепками. Мы сушили на окне- балконов нет . На завтрак я бы посоветовала предлагать творог , сыр и йогурт. В ванной комнате стоит ванна- она может опрокинуться, если на нее опереться и ездит по полу . Нет шторки для принятия душа- вся вода льется вокруг ванны почти до самых дверей, а скребка собрать воду нет, тряпки собрать воду тоже нет. Потом это вода растаскивается даже в комнату.Хорошо, что уборка в номере у нас всегда была вечером, после того как мы принимали душ.

Still obsessed with how peaceful it felt.
Pros:

Right by the beach, with a bustling sailing club nearby, yet everything felt so peaceful. A morning coffee or an evening beer by the sea made me forget all my worries. I had planned to go elsewhere, but in the end, I just stayed at the hotel. Maybe that’s all I needed.
Say hi and thanks to the manager for all his help. I will be back someday.
