Pros:

I’ve stayed at Alivaa Hotel twice once during my friend’s wedding function and again while returning and both times it was a really smooth and pleasant experience.

The check-in process was hassle-free, the staff was extremely polite and well-behaved, and overall hospitality felt warm and professional. The restaurant serves good quality food, and the dining experience was genuinely enjoyable.

The location is a big plus. You have supermarkets, shopping malls, and plenty of good restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient.

Overall, a great stay experience and definitely a reliable option for anyone visiting.

Cons:

The only drawback during my stay was that the swimming pool was non-operational, and at times room service was a bit slow. However, apart from that, everything else was comfortable and well managed.
