Veramente sporca, ragnatele ovunque, ogni volta che aprivi l’acqua del lavandino, l’acqua usciva quasi a scroscio dal tubo sotto, che era aperto e ti bagnava i piedi oltre che tutto il bagno, mi é caduta una cosa sotto al letto e non so cosa c’ho trovato, bottiglie di plastica, carte di cibi, polvere non so neanche quanto alta, struttura davvero datata

Unfortunately, apart from the friendly staff, there was nothing else about our stay that was good. Firstly, after booking through booking.com, upon arrival we find out that she has 3 different booking.com accounts for the hotel and the one we booked through she is locked out of, so the booking we made wasn't actually available. She was very nice and set us up in a family room for 1 night before moving us the next day to a double room which we really appreciated. However this did significantly delay our ability to go out and start the day as we couldn't move til 12pm, we had to re-pack all our stuff etc.

The new room we were moved to had no window. correction; had a window but another building was right next to it, blocking any light we may have got. So no natural light whatsoever and only 1 very bright overhead light in the room, no lamps. We also struggled to sleep in both rooms as there was a constant, what sounded like, a very loud water dripping noise coming from just below the window landing on metal or something. As well as a very loud AC fan and a lot of light coming in from the hallway under the door. No wardrobe or anywhere to put our belongs other than 1 coat hook.

There was only 1 plug socket in the second room (plenty in the first room) that was really high up, luckily we had long leads. the light switch for the bathroom was dodge and would bounce back everytime you switched it off. Also the drainage system for the sink was bizarre. It lead right out of a pipe on the corner of the bathroom floor, as the whole bathroom is a wetroom with a drain in the corner.

They made a mistake at my first night.
I booked in here and they told me they don’t have place for my first night and that i will have a room for the rest of my stay

È sulla strada principale, quindi c'è rumore, ma dipende dalla stanza.

הזמנתי מקום במלון שלהם דרך הבוקינג מראש בשביל נחיתה רכה, הגעתי מאוחר והגברת בקבלה אמרה לי שאין במלון חדרים פנויים, ובצורה מאוד אבסורדית הטיפה לי ואמרה ״למה שתזמיני מהבוקינג?״ בזמן שתלוי להם על הקיר תעודת הוכרה מהבוקינג, זה היה פשוט חוויה מזעזעת אם אתם לא מחוברים לחשבון הבוקינג שלכם אז תעשו משהו בנידון בשביל למנוע את ההזמנות ואל תכעסו על אנשים שמזמינים מהבוקינג כאילו זה דבר זר.

There was a mistake in booking, hotel fault. Their account was blocked but they continued receive bookings. When we arrived they said that they didn't see our booking and they don't have a room for us! It was so stressful for tired travellers! Half an hour later they agreed to accommodate us for the price we have booked.

The hotel doesnt have access to their booking.com account and therefore don’t know about any reservations booked through booking.com. So when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us - however they gave us a quadruple room instead of a twin for a night and then moved us. In the second room we moved to the door lock was dodgy and you had to make sure it locked fully as once we came back to the door open.
