Localização e o atendimento da funcionária da recepção. Ela é prestativa. Bom preço também.

Cons:

Limpeza insuficiente. O café da manhã é simples, mas típico do padrão da Ásia (escolhe entre ovos e panqueca) frutas e pão a vontade. Sugiro enviar uma mensagem antes de chegar na acomodação para se certificar de que não ocorrerá overbooking.

Pros:

Facilities were good. Perfect location. Tasty breakfast. Really friendly staff, but may by lack of English. We asked for laundry service, rental motorbikes and hot balloon experience. Everything was good.

Cons:

There was a mistake in booking, hotel fault. Their account was blocked but they continued receive bookings. When we arrived they said that they didn't see our booking and they don't have a room for us! It was so stressful for tired travellers! Half an hour later they agreed to accommodate us for the price we have booked.

Great for a couple of nights, friendly staff
Pros:

The property is in a great location, and the free breakfast is made fresh to order

Cons:

The hotel doesnt have access to their booking.com account and therefore don’t know about any reservations booked through booking.com. So when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us - however they gave us a quadruple room instead of a twin for a night and then moved us. In the second room we moved to the door lock was dodgy and you had to make sure it locked fully as once we came back to the door open.

L’emplacement est top, l’accueil est chaleureux, le logement était grand propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner était bon. Rien à dire tout était parfait !

Nhân viẻn vô cùng thân thiện và tốt bụng, đã trợ giúp tôi mọi thứ, vé tàu điện, thuê xe máy dễ dàng, hướng dẫn cho chúng tôi đặt các tour tham qua. Và một điều không thể thiếu đó là ăn sáng rất ổn

Nói chung là ổn và xứng đáng với khoản tiền bạn bỏ ra. Nên nếu các bạn đến với Văng Viêng thì nên đến lưu trú tại khách sạn Green nay

Very nice owner,
Good value for the price you’re paying.
Good AC and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Didn’t have water in the sink. The owner told me it would take a day to fix it.
The stairs to reach the room were a bit off. Watch your head.

Fine, not the cleanest but not too bad and a little overpriced for the room that you get
Pros:

Good location and decent size room and bathroom beds were comfy

Cons:

It was a little overpriced and not the cleanest, like it was fine but for like €15 euro a night the sheets had some stains the bathroom lock was broken. I had booked a double room but instead they only had twin rooms available and rooms were a little dingey but overall was fine

Pros:

Good location, spacious room.

Cons:

Somebody was sick on the stairs and it wasn’t cleaned up for a while.

Bathroom had a strange odour at times but was clean!

Very cheap so can’t complain that much but the WiFi just does not stretch to the room at all made it very difficult to look into what activities to do etc

Staff was so welcoming and helped us with our booking for hot air balloon,rental motor bike and tuk tuk.Arranged our breakfast early.Breakfast was good.perfect location.

Cons:

There is no lift.our room was in third floor.Stairs are so difficult to climb.There is no deposit money instead of original passport for rental motorbikes.
