I loved my stay here my flight was at 2 am and they hold my luggage for the whole day
I enjoyed how friendly and helpful all the staff was. The environment was also very welcoming
Kyarah and all of the staff onsite were wonderful, especially the bartender Orlando. We have a great time. We're definitely returning on our next visit to San Juan.
The property is very nice and modern. Amenities were nice like the pool, gym, patio furniture and bar. Staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I would rate this place as 5/5 stars but the restroom set up in our room wasn’t ideal. There was no door to the shower or restroom so everything gets wet and stays wet given the climate of the area (hot and humid). The ac worked great but there was no ventilation to let out the moisture. The floor gets very slippery. Also, we stay for 5 nights and didn’t get our roomed cleaned. We kept putting the sign out on the door to get cleaning service while we were out for the day and nothing. When I asked about it, staff said they were short staffed and would get to it but they never did. The room next to us got cleaned everyday we were there so it didn’t make sense. That is why I can’t give it an excellent rating. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Quaint, cozy, comfortable location- beautiful pool and easy to get to beach 5 minute walk and Old San Juan 10 minutes in an Uber

I really like this hotel, everything looks like the pictures, excellent experience, 10/10.
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was just the wife and I for a short 4 day stay and we loved it. It's nice, new, stylish, and best of all the staff was amazing. Parking was easy next the street right in front. There are quite a few good restaurants that are very close within walking distance, and downtown Condado is just a few minute drive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico.
This was overall a nice property. However, I do have minor comments I have to make. Firstly,I wish there was a microwave in the room and a second trash can, larger in size, would be great also. Other than those two things the room, property and service was great!
Modern feel. Small property. Attentive staff and they were all friendly. Oh my original room had a small issue and without me event seeing the problem, the woman that check me in on Tues the 15th @ 4pm( i forgot her name) long hair....upgraded my room. We really appreciated her taking matters into her hands and resolving it before it bacame an issue. WELL DONE. We'll be back.

I loved staying here. First I want to start with saying staff members are very friendly place is a 5 star. Very clean and quiet. Staff were very polite and helped me get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone to look into this place to have a great experience. Loved it !
Didn’t like toilet as part of the main room. Noisy outside. Check-in sucked
