Pros:

The hotel is brand new, with huge rooms and beautiful facilities. It's much better than the pictures.
The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and bars. On the weekend, the road is closed and becomes a walking street only. It's a truly perfect location.
Perfect team as well.

Pros:

Right in the centre, close to everywhere. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room is clean 98%, will not be big issues if you stay a few night and only need a basic standard for sleeping and bath

Pros:

Personal war suuper hilfsbereit und lieb!
Zimmer waren sehr sauber und haben grds. alles dabei, was man so braucht. Auch gratis Wasser und Kühlschrank. Zimmer war riesig.

Pros:

Ksan mới, sạch sẽ. Phòng 2 giường đôi khá rộng rãi. Nằm trong khu phố tây nên rất đông vui sầm uất, đi lại ăn uống j cũng rất tiện. 10 điểm cho khách sạn!!

The staff is really nice
The location is great, just next to good restaurants
Possibly to do your laundry

Cons:

Soundproof is not great. As the door of the room is a basic one, you'll hear rather loudly people passing by in the hallway or coming back late after partying.

Central and comfortable room in the Centre of Hue
Pros:

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, in the Centre of Hue. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was convenient with a closed shower box which kept the rest of the bathroom dry. The room had a fridge, kettle, TV and everything I needed. I also appreciated the daily towel service. The staff were incredibly kind, always present and happy to help. They also offer tours and shuttle services (for me it was a private car from Da Nang) at very good prices. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only note on the balcony: from the photos of the Deluxe Double Room it seems that there is a balcony where you can go out and be in the open air, but this is not the case, there are just windows.

Wonderful stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The front desk manager Ha Vy was exceptional. She checked us in, handled our luggage and made sure we were comfortably settled in our room. Vy also helped us arrange a couple of tours.

We booked a triple room, very spacious, new/renovated. Whisper quiet air con, hot water, comfy bed… perfect!
