Very discusting service when we check in there ( no card machine for payment , no blanket in room ) receptionist girl was very rude and unprofessional she don't know how to treat a customer services very bad ( no remote for tv , no warm water and main problm was electricity 🤣🤣(they said light gone light bad m aajygi tym puchna pr bola ki pta nhi pr aajygi ) we never suggest to anyone go there never ever🙅♀️🙅♂️ after these all issue we update our booking checkout next morning but they charge full money from us and said our system is not updated. Its my humble request to the owner and booking company don' t suggest a hotel if they can not provide a good customer service . Plese hire a professional staff instead of these type of unprofessional people and provide good service . We paid 2000 extra money for this discusting service 😏 never go there 🚫🚫

Proximity to Metro Station and Railway station.
Dirty rooms, broken handles, no lights, cramped room with absolutely no sunlight (small window and u can't open as there is pigeon shit everywhere), No drinking water, no cold water in wash basins, TV doesn't work, blood stained bedsheet, water in taps is slow as possible, no kettle for hot water, AC remote doesn't work, nosiy AC and you can't sleep.
No housekeeping and managers are really not bothered. Asked them to get my room cleaned and gave key but they never bothered. Pathetic service
Overall this is an OYO neglected property.
