The gentleman that works at night is good, very friendly and approachable.
1. Waiting for too long at gate before they open.
2. The spaces are too small.
3. The rooms are not so clean.
4. The pool is so filthy.
5. The lady that works during the day (Pearl) is so arrogant and unfriendly.
6. Day staff sneaks into the room when we're out to the shops, removes some items from the room and does not clean the room.
7. Not a child friendly environment.
The price was reasonable.
Finding the place was a mission and the road was gravel and terrible. The staff wasn't very helpful and the there was a big spider in my room
The cost was fairly decent compared to some of the other options and they have 24 hour reception, which helps with last minute bookings.
The rooms are a bit run down. The initial room I was given didn't have a toilet seat. When I queried it, the person manning reception said that's the way it is. So I asked to get another room, which he arranged. The alternate seemed to be okay, until I went into the bathroom and the floor was soaking. So I dried it up and a few hours later, again all wet. So must be a leak on one of the pipes. Then when I tried to switch off the air-conditioning, it wouldn't switch off with the remote. So I had to stand on the flimsy chair to switch it off at the mains. WiFi worked, but wasn't brilliant.
