I completely fell in love with this place. The connection I felt with the nature and the surroundings was truly phenomenal—something words can hardly capture. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel.
I came here expecting to stay just two nights, but the peace and beauty of this place touched me so deeply that I had to extend my stay. It simply wasn’t enough—I needed more time to truly soak in the tranquility and magic it offers.
If you’re looking for tranquility, authenticity, and a genuine connection to nature, this is the place to be. I left a piece of my heart here and would return in a heartbeat.
A heartfelt shoutout to Bekjan, Zhoomart and Janbolot, who made the experience even more unforgettable. Bekjan’s warm hospitality is truly extraordinary—he greeted us with genuine kindness right from the entrance and continued to assist us in every possible way throughout our stay. His presence made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home.
The location is great if you plan to spend a day in the Chon-Kemin valley. We drove along the river to the lake, stunning views.
All yurts have amazing views.
It’s a new hotel, very clean. The beds are big and comfortable, all yurts have electric heaters.
They have a restaurant that offers breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte - prices are reasonable and it was tasty.
The staff was very friendly, helped us carry our luggage upstairs, organized a horse riding trip and gave us tips about our travel in the region.
The bathroom door lock was broken.
And keep in mind that the road to the hotel is only possible for off-road cars.
I did not stay at this hotel. I had traveled a long way and was really looking forward to the experience—especially spending the night in a yurt, which was the main reason I booked. However, upon arrival, I was told there was a problem with my reservation, despite having received three confirmation emails just the day before.
Instead of staying at the hotel, I was sent to a neighboring 3-star homestay. While the staff there were very kind and welcoming, it was simply not the experience I had planned or paid for.
I was not the only one—another group of tourists had also booked the same hotel and even arranged a horse riding tour with them. They were similarly told upon arrival that the hotel could not accommodate them and were sent to the same homestay.
I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a hotel. The lack of communication, poor handling of reservations, and complete disregard for customer experience were truly disappointing.
I do not recommend this hotel.

I can not say enough good things about this property! I have stayed at a lot of places in the region and this one was the best! Its brand new and the quality of the rooms were excellent, beautiful rooms, spectacular views, the food was incredible. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. And so responsive! Dont think twice, book here and you’ll have thr best experience!

The location and yurt are perfect. The staffs Berzand was super helpful even though we have to use translator app to communicate most of the time. Breakfast is a lot and delicious.
The breakfast is served a little bit late around 9 am.
Very nice stuff told us a lot about the complex and the yurts. Our yurt was perfect! Amazing view, very soft and comfortable bed and all was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the cream sour and butter ❤️ the complex territory is full of amazing and calm places to walk by
