Очень уютная и стильная квартира, много кофейных штучек, удобное заселение по кодовому замку. Достаточно спокойный район, ночью не было шумно. Вход через симпатичную кофейню.
В нашем апартаменте окна выходили на лестницу и в стену соседнего дома, но при бронировании красивых видов никто и не обещал.

Petit coup de flippe quand ils m'ont demandé de les payer en m'envoyant par message (sur WhatsApp et sur booking.com en meme temps) un lien d'une page web (où entrer mes données de carte bancaire) qui ne me disait rien qui vaille, étant habitué aux plateformes suisses un peu plus léchées et rassurantes esthétiquement.
Mais en envoyant un screenshot à une IA ou en demandant à Google c'était vite vérifié. Ce n'était pas une entourloupe.
The room was, as the name says, a funky studio which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thoughtful decor and playful touches worked really well. We really liked the digipad for the doors, no more frantically searching for keys to our room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. The staff were courteous and their clear communication kept us at ease. Great service and hospitality!
The pillows were a little too thick. But that's just personal preference :) I'm sure if I had asked the hosts would've changed them for me.
L’élégance du lieu, la propreté, le personnel du café hyper sympa, le calme du quartier en étant pas loin du centre , bref un gros coup de cœur pour nous 🥰 on reviendra sans hésiter !

There’s a drinking water filter in the room, and the hosts thoughtfully provided coffee and tea.
Since we had an early morning flight, they returned our deposit the day before departure.
We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

Everything was comfy. We liked it very much.
We absolutely loved our stay at Funky Studios. Super cozy apartment, beautifully designed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Filtered tap water was nice to have. Great amenities, all of which worked perfectly (Wifi, Netflix, small kitchen, washing machine, …), so great for longer stays as well. There’s a coffee shop in the ground floor of the building that makes nice coffee.
Most importantly, the host team was incredible! They were super nice and helpful with so many things, for example arranging transportation. Highly recommend this property!
They only have pros <3 and 5* service willing to help with any kind of request.

+ there is a water filter so you can use it endlessly
+ there is a washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor free of charge
+ 4 big pillows and if you want a flat one they also provide it
+ a steamer! really useful
+ luggage storage even for few days
+ a trendy coffeeshop downstairs, really nice if you need to work
+ all sorts of kitchen appliances and tea and coffee

- super comfortable room with super smart everything (smartly and nicely designed furniture, sockets everywhere, all possible devices to make coffee, even a steamer, best i've tried!)

This place made me fell in love with Saigon, I just didn't want to leave.

We liked the location and the neighborhood on a small street. It was a little away from the center but still close. We very much enjoyed their suggested places to eat and drink and there were also many other options within walking distance. The studio was compact but nicely designed, in really good condition, & we liked having a kitchenette space. You have to walk through the coffee shop downstairs to get to the room, but this was never a problem. They also had really good coffee, delicious croissants and a very nice vibe.
The studio was small for 2 people and had limited places to put your luggage.
The people in the management company were always really nice and responsive, but I found having to coordinate with them about arrival times and then paying a cash deposit and then getting the deposit back to be inconvenient. In addition to using a credit card through Booking to make the reservation, they wanted a full payment in advance through another payment portal. In the end all of this worked smoothly and wasn’t much of a hassle, but it just added some unwanted coordination efforts to our HCMC visit.
