В отеле душновато и шумновато. Мы брали люкс на 2 человек с 2 отдельными кроватями. Каждая кровать - как двуспальная, оч

На туристической улице, рядом с шикарной пекарней. До пляжа 150 метров.

Соотношение цена/качество.

Старые двери, дверь шкафа частично сор да, нет перегородки в душе, по выходным караоке до 23:00 (11:00 p.m.). Соотношение цена/качество не очень комфортное, цена завышена.

Грязновато в душе, надо помыть плитку и швы между плитками.

Номер бронировала через букинг без кредитной карты и с оплатой наличными в отеле. Внесла оплату за неделю вперед, но потом нам надо было уехать раньше. Мне отказались возвращать деньги, мотивируя это тем, что букинг снимет с них комиссию… сказали, надо написать в отель через букинг. Я написала, официальная поддержка букинга ответила, что стоимость возврата бесплатная и мне должны вернуть полную стоимость за ночи, которые я не буду жить в отеле. Однако, сам менеджер внутри букинга тупо отказался отвечать на сообщения. Я подошла к стойке регистрации и показала правила отмены на booking.com, правила по которым будет снята комиссия с отеля- что booking.com подтверждает бесплатное изменение , но на рецепшене мне отказались возвращать деньги, хотя я оплатила наличными. Впервые с таким столкнулась.

В остальном персонал был мил и дружелюбен. Был сломан душ, но они его быстро починили.

Otel merkezi yerde market restoran ve bir cok magazalar var etrafinda.odalar temiz ve hergun temizleriyor.Personel guler yuzlu .Ozellikle resepsiyonda gorevli Tracy cok yardimci oldu.Otel sahile cok yakin.

Cons:

Kahvaltisi bize ve Avrupalilar icin hic uygun degildi.kahvalti sadece yakindaki asyalilar icin uygundu.kahvalti da yumurta bile yok.Sert yatak sevmeyemlere yataklar uygun degil.Bemim icin de yatak cok sertti.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, aber aufgrund viel zu harter Betten keine Empfehlung.
Pros:

Gute Lage, gleich am Strand, fußläufig bis zur Dragon Bridge und zahlreiche Restaurants ringsherum. Rollervermietung direkt im Hotel für 150k, Roller gut in Schuss.

Cons:

Unmögliche harte Betten, wir haben noch nie so unbequeme Hotelbetten erlebt. Daher würden wir trotz der positiven Dinge nicht wieder buchen.
