Accommodations were clean and comfortable and Felis is a pleasure to know!
Pros:

The on site host, Felis, is wonderful. She is very welcoming and responsive to our questions. She helped us get rides when we needed them and was very flexible. She made our stay very easeful. We stayed on the top floor, which is the only room on that floor. The room was very clean and nice decorated. It is a little tight if there are two people and lots of luggage, but there is ample space in the hallway and balcony. We had access to the kitchen, which was well equipped to cook breakfast.

Cons:

For us, it was far from where our friends who live in Kigali. We did not realize how long it takes to travel in Kigali due to traffic and the nature of the roads. This was no fault of Live Well Rwanda, just a recommendation to travelers to expect long travel times no matter where you are in the city.

Pros:

The efficiency, kindness, and flexibility of the staff is just wow...

As soon as I arrived, I felt peace and serenity.
The house is modern, minimalist with a little Rwandan sophisticated touch. A lot of room to store everything ( they really thought about it).

It's not just a place to sleep but to actually live!! They offer many different activities around wellness which is the core of their family business.

The rooms are very cute! I love the fact that there is a nice terrace with a beautiful view on the hills!

The owner is really down to heart, sensitive, humble and a great massage therapist! It shows that it's a family business with God's Love: Everyone who works there is making sure you are enjoying your stay.

I'm an afro canadian expat living in Europe. I've been to many hotels and apart hostels: here they actually care about you! The care, the love, quality and the professionalism really caught me off guard. I'll definitely come back !!!

Cons:

Nothing lol ... It's an amazing place it's obvious that there are many people wanting to live in that area. Live Well Rwanda is really giving me hope and excitement to consider to establish myself here!

I really enjoyed my stay with LiveWell Rwanda and think you will too, if you are looking for a blend of a small intimate
Pros:

The views are stunning and I found the room to be very comfortable and well maintained. The staff was thoughtful and accommodating and it was nice to be in a residential area and experience a slice of everyday life in Rwanda.
