Great place in the old city
Pros:

The location is amazing. A taxi can take you to Laubi-Hauz, and it's just a quick walk across the green area to the hotel. After that, you're in the old town and can walk from incredible old building to incredible old building. The rooms are clean and new. Thee AC is nice. The bathroom is nice. The beds are soft and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is impressive.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and amazing service
Pros:

The best part of our stay, in addition to the excellent location of the hotel and its great breakfast, was without a doubt the staff. Truly outstanding people, efficient, professional, and genuinely kind. We’d like to give a special mention to Farrux, who was especially friendly and charming throughout our visit. Very good experience. And one of the best location
Pros:

Very good. We ordered twin beds, but they just have a kingsized left, by the help of their staff, it was solved quickly. So very good experience.

Breakfast cannot bring out.

Fab location but need to improve facilities at the hotel.
Pros:

Location was fab. Room and bathroo were fairly clean and spacious.

Cons:

The ac did not work and they were not able to repair it. Alternate room was offered however we chose not to change as we had chosen joint room with kids. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Pros:

The personnel was very attentive and supportive. The person at the reception offered to prepare a breakfast talk away as I had to leave early in the morning to catch a train.

Cons:

It would be great to put anything to identify the hotel from outside . It took me a while to find it

Pros:

Very good location, all tourist attractions are within walking distance, around the hotel there are many restaurants with affordable prices. Mr. Farouq is very helpful and friendly. He welcomed us like family.

Cons:

Pls consider to provide handheld bidet in the tolet, because I am sure most of the tourists who come to bukhara are muslim.

Pros:

The breakfast! And the staffs were polite. They answered your query quite fast. We were allowed to store our luggage after checkout.

Cons:

The drainage and shower. It took more than 10 minutes for hot water. By the time the water temperature was pleasant enough, the shower area was flooded. No bidet as well. The plugpoints in our room were not placed in convenient area.
