Great staff and good experience
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well organized.

I would like to especially thank Dilane for her great attention to detail and for making sure I was completely comfortable throughout my stay. Her care truly made a difference.

Also, a big thank you to Wedad for her kindness and warm welcome. Her positive attitude and hospitality were truly appreciated.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

رغم كثرة الفنادق فى بيروت الا أننى وفقت فى حجز هذا الفندق .. يعتبر قيمة مقابل سعر حيث الغرف نظيفة والحمامات جيدة ويوجد عندهم 3 مولدات كهرباء تعمل بالتناوب لتجنب انقطاع التيار الكهربائي فى اى وقت .. طاقم الاستقبال جيد جدا .. فى تسجيل الدخول كان الشاب جاد متعاون جدا .. لدرجة أنه سمح لى باختيار الغرفة المناسبة من 6 غرف متاحة وبالفعل عاينتهم جميعا .. كذلك عند تسجيل الخروج كانت الآنسة سيريل ودودة جدا واعربت عن حزنها لمغادرتنا الفندق أنا واسرتى رغم أنه لم يحدث بيننا اى موقف لكنه شعور طيب يشعرك كانك وسط اهلك وناسك ... ولا يمكن الفندق الاستاذ / على .. طول عمرى لما بروح اى فندق ف العالم لو حصل حاجة بسال عن مدير الفندق عشان اراجعه.. إنما مستر على هو اللى جيه عندى يسالنى انطباعى عن الإقامة ولو فى اى ملاحظات أو طلبات .. كان شعور جميل منه ..
عشان يبقى التقييم عادل وبدون مجاملات أو نفاق .. السلبيات .. الفيو فى بعض الغرف غير جيد بالإضافة إلى أن الفطار محدود الخيارات ومتكرر ولكنه يفى بالغرض .

İLK BİR OTELDE KENDİ EVİMDE KALIYORMUŞ GİBİ HİSSETTİM
Pros:

Benim için harika bir deneyimdi. Yaklaşık bir hafta boyunca bu otelde konakladım. Otelin konumu gerçekten harika. Otel denizin hemen yanında olup yaklaşık 100 metrelik mesafe söz konusu. Ayrıca otelin hemen altında lobi bölümde restoran olup burada yiyecek ve içecek olarak her türlü ihtiyacınızı giderebilirsiniz. Otopark sıkıntısı bulunmayıp otelin vale hizmeti mevcuttur. Ayrıca çalışanlar gerçekten çok kibar olup bazen bu kibarlıkları karşısında insan mahçubiyet duyuyor. Umarım tekrardan görüşürüz🙏
