Pros:

I enjoyed a two night stay here. The tatami room was very comfortable and spacious. The facility is large and had a relaxing vibe, which made for a nice getaway. Staffs were quite lovely, and everything was well organized and in good condition. I especially appreciated the outdoor onsen.

Cons:

The room did have a funky odor to it.. not a big deal as you don’t really notice it after a few minutes

湯田温泉バス停前の楽しいホテル
Pros:

新山口駅からバスで30分ほどでついた湯田温泉のバス停が当ホテルの玄関前というアクセスの良さ。観光客だけでなく地元の人にも結婚式などで愛されていると推定される品格を感じる。昼食にお勧めの近くのレストランをフロントスタッフが丁寧かつ的確に説明してくれた。

駅から歩ける距離だったし、お料理が美味しかった事

Cons:

このサイトでの予約の時に1泊2食付にしたつもりでしたが、直接確認したところ「素泊まり」だった事に驚いた。ホテルに悪いところはありません。

駐車場以外は最高でした
Pros:

ご飯も美味しくて子供も落ち着いて過ごせる

Cons:

駐車場を早めに行って確保していたのに少しご飯食べに出て帰ったらカラーコーンがのけられていて違う車が停めていた

カラーコーンも部屋番号書いて置いておいてほしい
