I arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that my confirmed booking had been released to other guests without any prior notice. No alternative solution was offered. On top of that, the refund process has been delayed and remains unresolved. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend this property.

Worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

We paid for three rooms. Upon check-in, we inspected the rooms and were shocked to find that all three were located in the basement. The floors were wet, dirty, and there was water leakage. Even worse, white bath towels were placed on the floor to wipe the water.

The rooms had no windows, were damp, unhygienic, and absolutely unacceptable. Using bath towels meant for guests to clean the floor is disgusting and shows a complete lack of basic hygiene standards.

Due to these unacceptable conditions, we refused to stay. However, the hotel still refused to refund our money. Charging guests for rooms that are wet, dirty, and uninhabitable is irresponsible and unethical.

This was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

lokasi mudah untuk akses. wifi bagus. parking disediakan percuma. pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik.

bilik agak sempit. bila nak solat terpaksa tolak katil utk dapatkan ruang utk solat. Bilik yg saya inap menghadap kaunter, jadi tiada privacy disitu. buka pintu bilik je terus nampak meja kaunter. bila pengunjung lain berurusan di kaunter, kami nak keluar masuk bilik jadi susah. kalau buka pintu bilik, customer lain terus boleh nampak kami dalam bilik.. sangat tak sesuai..

Lokasi sangat bagus sebab atas bukit. Jadi keadaan sejuk tanpa kipas.

Bilik berhabuk. Agak tidak sesuai utk y punyai anak kecil
