Pros:

Easy access to freeway. Quiet.

Cons:

Pool IS NOT OUTDOOR! It is covered, has 3 walls and one partially open to outside. Small area and only gets sun until noon. No coffee in room
Maid service every 2 days, albeit you can get towels. Parking is $10/day. Staff was hit or miss. Either not interested in helping, or exceptional. The later was much appreciated.
TV channels very limited. You can Google cast, but never could get it to work.

It was a pleasure and great stay we enjoyed it.
Pros:

Clean, good parking, I like the idea of the lounge at outdoor area it was so relaxing, friendly staff and facility itself very comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. Thankful they let us check in early and kept our bags for the next day until we had to leave for the airport.

Cons:

The pull out bed was super uncomfortable and pretty flimsy. Not made for adults, I’m sure kids wouldn’t mind though.

Modern, comfortable stay - great location
Pros:

We had a great one-night stay at Hyatt Place Reno with our kids and were very pleased with the experience. The location was excellent and especially convenient for our trip, as it was very close to Mt. Rose, where we had come to ski. The neighborhood also felt very nice and upscale, with plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby - including a movie theater and an Apple store!

The property itself felt modern, very well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with nice touches that made it feel polished and welcoming. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the overall stay was easy and relaxing for our family. We also found the parking convenient, even though it was paid. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
