A nice clean property to stay at.
Cons:

They charge for parking and you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Great except for the hot water problem
Pros:

We have stayed here several times and really like the location, new condition of the property, cleanliness, service by all the staff, the price, and the breakfast.

Cons:

This is the 3rd visit on which we've had a problem getting hot water in the shower. This has happened in 3 different rooms and at different times of day. On this stay it took a full 7 MINUTES of running the shower to get the temperature from ice cold to barely warm enough to get in. This was at 8 PM when water use is low in the hotel overall (the checkout clerk suggested it was just a morning problem and I had to correct her.) This is not just inconvenient but a tremendous waste of water which is a precious resource. This is obviously an ongoing problem at this hotel that needs to be addressed!

Sad, will never stay or recommend this location again, I need to be able to trust I am paying for the amenities Falsely
Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times prior to booking the last trip and telling my friends from cold weather, how Amazing the pool is, and worth overpaying compared to the Many Resort deals in Reno.

Cons:

We were sadly not even alerted at check in that the pool was CLOSED!!!! During our Entire stay!

It was really good other than the water issue

Very good. I liked the variety.

Cons:

They had hot water maintenance the night we got there. We got in late and they didn’t say anything to us about a water problem. I went to take a shower and no hot water. We tried to call the desk but kept getting a busy signal. We saw a notice on one of the other rooms on our floor in the morning explaining the problem but we didn’t get one on our door so I was a bummer. Other than that it was great. Maybe do hot water maintenance in the middle of the night instead of 8:30-9 pm when people are still getting in. 😊
