Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. A 2 pas du centre ville. Restaurant au Roof top sympathique avec belle terrasse. Après 2 mois au Sri Lanka nous avons apprécié leurs pizzas 😊. Personnel charmant.

Cons:

Hôtel très mal insonorisé donc assez bruyant. Nous étions, en plus, au 3eme étage juste en dessous du restaurant. Musique très forte jusqu'à 22h30.

Pros:

Location was great just 15 min walk to bus station but on a quiet street..Hotel was super clean and comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular Anton ( reception) and Casir ( house keeping) who both were so helpful in helping me arrange a day trip and also my onward travel. The food at the hotel was excellent with a large varied menu.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent staff and a hotel with great potential
Pros:

The staff could not do enough for you. They were absolutely wonderful and their attentiveness to you was quite something. We ate at the hotel and the portions were very generous and the quality excellent. It was a bit restrictive for vegetarians and there was a lack of sri Lankan dishes which was strange. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Sadly the walls and doors are very thin so when a group of people decided to have a loud conversation with much banging till 12:30 am it was not appreciated especially when one tried our door handle of our room.

Best hotel in Badulla!
Pros:

Clean room provided with tea, coffee, kettle and a TV. Amazing views to the mountain. Shower with good pressure and bathroom provided with amenities. Bed was very comfortable.

Buffet breakfast with many choices, I also had dinner there in the rooftop terrace and I was positively surprised by the good quality!

Warm and professional staff, special thanks to the reception team!

Convenient urban location. The triple room was spacious and included a balcony. The room was clean and well maintained, with no unpleasant odors. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Un hôtel neuf et propre, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel a été adorable, et la nourriture proposée est très bonne. Un très bon choix dans la ville de Badulla (région peu connue mais qui mérite d'être découverte).

Friendly comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed one night in order to catch the train from Badulla station.

Cons:

There is not too much near the location but the view is good and the bird song in the morning is lovely.
