The location is really good

Cons:

One of the staff won't let me eat breakfast at 7.45am. Bluntly refuse to let me in and insist I wait till 8am. Even when I explain I had to catch my flight. The buffet was already set in front of me but he won't just listen. Not cool

Won’t stay anywhere else from now one and we come to Ibiza twice a year (older couple too)
Pros:

We stayed at a luxury hotel just outside of San Antonio for 2 nights previously; this hotel was even better!!
The staff were so helpful and pleasant!
Location was fab.
Such a quiet hotel and soundproof rooms.
Everywhere was so clean and the breakfast was just what we needed.

Cons:

Nothing. Honestly could not fault it here.
