Pros:

We had a very nice and confortable stay, room.s are big and well set up with a spacious bathroom and nice terrasse. Amazing beds the room is very dark so we slept so well. Amazi g to have a fridge and some kitchen facilities as well as washing machine.The hotel offers great sauna, cold pool, jacuzzi and various pools which are very nice. Design of the hotel is very beautiful. Employees are very helpful and friendly. A bit far from city center but you can drive or easily order a taxi.

Cons:

Some music all the time, a bit loud, we are not used to it as french residents. Also we would have liked to have some Japanese food options offered by the hotel.

海外で同額のホテルに止まった時の方がラグジュアリーな体験ができました。値段の割にそうでもない
Pros:

新築の施設だったのですごく設備が綺麗でした。
部屋も広く、沖縄のホテルには珍しく湯船があったのが嬉しかったです。ま他、沖縄のホテル特有で家電が部屋に揃っているので、濡れた水着を洗って次の日にすぐに使うことが出来ました。

Cons:

お風呂が汚れていたので、使用前に自分で掃除する必要がありました。施設が新しいので、まだ建築中の施設が多かった事と、寒い日や雨の日はホテルの外にある施設は全く使えませんでした。掃除も毎日入ってくれた方が嬉しいです。

골든위크만 아니였다면, 최고의 가성비 호텔
Pros:

사우나와 수영장이 가장 좋았습니다. 그리고, 객실의 여러 시설들은 모두 거의 새것이기도 했고 대단히 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 세탁기는 이시가키의 관광지 특성을 고려하면 신의 한수입니다.

Cons:

골든위크여서 가장 낮은 등급의 객실을 일박에 70만원(KRW)에 이용했습니다. 평소 가격은 거의 절반이기 때문에 이번 숙박의 가성비는 좋지 않았습니다. 객실청소도 안해주니깐요 (타월 교환과 휴지통 비워주기는 매일 서비스). 다만 골든위크만 아니라면 납득이 되는 수준이기는 합니다.

做為旅程的收尾非常完美的地方，飯店桑拿跟游泳池很讚😎，附近吃飯和購物都很方便走路就能到，其他有名的地方搭計程車10分鐘左右

Pros:

Établissement moderne tout confort avec un personnel à l'écoute et chambre immense. Nombreux services: piscine, sauna, pool bar, resto ouvert toute la journée. J'appréhendais le niveau sonore vu les nombreux commentaires en ce sens mais c'est franchement ok: certes la musique est non stop mais c'est plus ambiance electro chill jazzy et ça tape pas sur le système (juste un peu plus boum boum à la piscine du bas l'aprèm) mais pour avoir passé la journée au bord de la piscine c'est tout à fait faisable

Good but doesn’t worth the money
Pros:

Not quite a 5 star experience. good facilities, but lacking attention to detail and service consistency.

Great sauna and jacuzzi

Reception staff can speak English

Cons:

Does not meet 5star international standards (e.g. IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts). Those details which make your stay really careless as it should be in 5star hotel
Many small inconveniences: no hooks in bathroom, balcony light cannot be switched off in the night
No daily water/coffee replenishment
Washing machine instructions only in Japanese
Yoga instructor doesn’t speak English (not mentioned in advance)
English-speaking staff not always available
Sauna and infinity pool advertised as 24h but were not
No airport transfer, no private beach
No room service; restaurant operates separately

Cons:

Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück. Leider waren die warmen Speisen immer kalt. Auch nach Ansprache auf diesen Sachverhalt wurde in den nächsten Tagen nichts verändert. Da es in der Lage, die einzige Möglichkeit war bequem zu frühstücken, haben wir das Angebot weiter genutzt.

Séjour Parfait et plus qu’agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau bien situé a 5 minutes de voiture du centre-ville de Ishigaki

Grande chambre avec tous les nécessités
2 piscine et la infinity pool côté adulte Wow!
Les snacks et drink 5/7

Restaurant tres bon on y a dîner 2 fois après des activités
et 1 souper tous tres bons mais manque de diversité au fil des journées

Buffer déjeuner excellent et avec beaucoup de choix
Personnel tres accueillant et gentil
