Great for visiting Nuanu city.
Pros:

The room is very large and has a nice bed and a large sofa with a view of the river. There is also a kitchen with a fridge, but no TV. The breakfast and staff were nice, too. It's 1,5km to Nuanu city, making it perfect for exploring the area.

Cons:

Nothing.

Très bon court séjour près de Tanah Lot, villa très spacieuse.
Pros:

Villa très spacieuse avec petit piscine privée (qu'on n'a pas testé par manque de temps). Bien situé pour se rendre rapidement vers Tanah Lot.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner non inclus et assez cher.

Los trabajadores son muy amables y serviciales pero las instalaciones no acompañan

A juzgar por los comentarios, quiero creer que no están viciados y hemos tenido mala suerte…porque ha sido literalmente asqueroso.

Piscina sucia, pero sucia no de hoy no limpié, sucia de meses.

Las habitaciones sucias, en nuestro armario había las chanclas aún del anterior inquilino. Los espejos se podía escribir en ellos. Las sábanas, usadas, fue realmente asqueroso. Tuvimos que pedir que nos las cambiaran, y aún así solo cambiaron la sábana bajera.

Ruidos incesantes de las obras de al lado hasta muy tarde, y los amigos del recepcionista que venían a visitarlo bien entrada la noche.

Son muy amables y todo lo encajan con una sonrisa, pero de nada sirve si me vas a dar las cosas hechas una pocilga

Pros:

the place was very comfortable the room was super spacious and clean, with high ceilings that made it feel even larger. The staff were always available and helpful. I especially loved the view overlooking the river so relaxing. I’ll definitely come back!

just one thing: make sure to keep the balcony door closed. I left it open for a bit and a wasp flew in and stung me totally my fault though, haha. Overall, i really love this place!

We were very well received and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has good infrastructure and is well located, close to bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Lovely property with a great view of the lake from our room, loved the slippers and kimono provided. Great location as we were visiting lunar beach club which was just minutes away in a taxi.

Great location and stylish room, but the place needs better cleaning and attention to detail.
Pros:

nice area facing river side. Overall room is made with taste

Cons:

poor cleaning. you have a constant feeling that contsruction of the place just finished yesterday. Dust on window
locker on balcony doesn't really work. they have safe in the room, but too small to fit my 14' laptop
so it was a bit of anxiety while leaving the room. In greeting card is written they offer fruits, but there was no fruits. I don't mind about it, but feels like better not to mention it at all
reception doesn't have common number, each receptionist give you his personal number and it's very uncomfortable

I shared all of my concerns to the team, they offered me a complimentary drink. That was a cute guest.
I think this place can be way better if management will take more attention to details. My recommendation to start with general cleaning first

We had a lovely one night stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again, but change the pillows 😀
Pros:

beautiful room and view and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

the pillows were foam mountains and not ergonomic. easy to remedy.
lovely kitchen/ dining area but absolutely no equipment, cutlery, plates, mugs etc were provided.
