A good choice if you happen to stay in Gurez valley.
Pros:

The location and the people were very warm and kind. It was also very clean. Definitely worth staying here. Taalib was very helpful during the stay.

Pros:

The property has ample parking. Plus, the property is located very close to the river as well. The property has its own restaurant and food served was tasty. The owner Imtiaz is a kind person who has the urge to go extra mile to keep guests comfortable and happy.

Hotel staff are the real stars here, great stay after a long journey to get there
Pros:

The property while relatively basic has all modern amenities for such a remote location including hot showers, comfy bedding, 5g wifi connectivity, on-site parking, 24 hour electricity backup, a small restaurant that is popular, well catered and manned by very polite and ever helpful staff. We stayed a night and the team of Talib, Zeehan, Shabbir and Yunis were kind and helpful beyond expectations.

Cons:

The only minor qualm we noticed being on ground floor was noise from restaurant service going on till 1130pm when things finally wrap up so if you are looking for an early sleep bring a pair of earbuds.

Amazing !!!!!
Pros:

The property was amazing but more amazing were the people and food. It is right between the town with the Mountain View. Would recommend staying for sure and definitely try the food. Lovely people lovely place. A special thank you to Talib for everything and the owner.
