Pros:

Nice surroundings with a park and playground and nearby train station. Good food court downstairs too.

Cons:

Had trouble during check in as we checked in the morning after the start of the booking. This was all informed to the property in advance and confirmed that it would be okay, but the staff on-site wasn't aware and somehow couldnt find our booking., took us almost 30-40 mins to get checked in.

Great stay for families
Pros:

Super spacious room with the living and dining area. Toilet had 2 sinks which was very appreciated. The apartment is within a community centre of sorts, and every night there were soccer matches ongoing - really fun to watch! Best part is the noise insulation is great so you don't hear any noise. Right behind the apartment is a huge park and playground - great for both elderly and kids!

Cons:

Lacking security: The sliding door entrance to the rooms is supposed to be accessible only by the room key card, however most of the time the entrance door was left open.

Lacking on-site support: Since it's not a hotel, you don't really have staff onsite for immediate support. On our last night, the rooms next door were extremely noisy. I could only contact the staff through a chat bot, and they acknowledged it but nothing could be done. Noise is not the accommodation's fault of course, but it'd have been helpful to have staff onsite to manage the noise level.

我們 4位成人住高級家庭房，空間很大十分舒適、整潔，住得好開心，會再次入住！適合自駕遊人士。
Pros:

因收到 booking.com 電郵風險通知注意到有可疑活動影響了部分預訂...提醒設定安全防護...以保護自己免於網路釣魚的威脅。故此沒有在網上辦理 Pre-Check-in ，唯有先電郵酒店到逹才辦理入住登記，當到逹酒店時已經有職員等候協助自助辦理入住，接待員很好、友善，酒店自助入住位置有休息空間給帶長者和小孩很方便；房間舒適、空間好大、乾濕分離，足夠我們4人活動，十分滿意，贊呀 ! 住宿樓下就是球場，停車場十分方便，會再次入住！適合自駕遊人士。

ジブリパーク旅行のため、利用させていただきましたが、ジブリパークまで車で40分程度の距離で部屋の設備も新しくコスパも良かったので満足しました。
Pros:

建屋内にコンビニがあり、部屋も新しい設備が揃っており、快適でした。

Cons:

浴衣やハミガキセットがあれば、もっと良かった。

房間內塵蟎有點多，會一直打噴嚏
飲水機時常沒有水
停車沒有搭配，如果停station AI一整晚下來會蠻貴的，建議附近街道找便宜的停過夜

バスルームが快適なホテル
Pros:

部屋は広く、駐車場も近くにあり便利だった。
JRの駅も徒歩圏内だったし、ICOCAが部屋の鍵になるのも面白いと思った。
バスルームが広く快適で、ベッドの寝心地も満点だった。

Cons:

Ｗｉ−Ｆｉが変なふうになって、フロントのスタッフにたずねたらあまり親切な対応ではなかった。
すぐに別のパスワードを教えてくれたが、最初からこうなったらこうしてくださいね、みたいなことを何かに書いといてほしかった。
（廊下が長く、フロントがとても遠かった）
コワーキングスペースなどもあり、そこらへんが複雑になってるのかもしれないけど。
