ממליצה מאוד על המלון. אין ספק שאם הגיע שוב לבאקו נגיע שוב להתארח במלון
Pros:

הצוות כולו היה שירותי, הכל נעשה בחיוך וסובלנות עשו הכל כדי לעזור.
ביום הראשון היו תקלות מיד טיפלו ודאגו לשאול כל יום אם הכל בסדר, אם אנחנו צריכים עזרה.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Cons:

The triple room is poorly designed. Our shower door has a broken sealant and the water just leaked out. The beds were not very comfortable. Bedside tables had no drawers.
