Reasonably priced and clean guesthouse in the heart of Blackpool
Pros:

Close to Winter Gardens, Friendly Staff stayed here before. Clean and nice breakfast. Beds comfortable. Cheap and cheerful guesthouse.

Cons:

Room was a bit smoky on entering.

Lovely place, owners friendly, nicely decorated .
Thoughtful touches, breakfast excellent, great location, even a fan in bedroom if too hot. And a long mirror.

The location was perfect, the Landlady was welcoming and made us feel at ease, the breakfast was amazing a lovely 2 night stay, and would recommend this hotel.
