Good location and value for the price - would stay here again, but on an upstairs floor
Pros:

Great location near the Cat Linh metro train station, and plenty of restaurants and street food options. Good A/C, strong wi-fi, spacious closet, good size refrigerator, and the bed was large and comfortable. The building manager was friendly and accommodating, just remember to use Google Translate.

Cons:

The light in the room was rather bright with no way to dim it. No computer desk, just a coffee table. Also, I was staying in room 105 on the same floor as the entrance, so I heard the door alarm going off every time someone checked in or opened the motorcycle parking garage door. I would stay here again, but would insist on a room on an upstairs floor because of the noise.

Tv not working. After messaging them they're not replying! And they're not staying at reception also! It's hard to find them😑

The man on reception was so nice and helpful! Bed was comfortable and in a pretty decent location close to the Hanoi centre. Good value for money

Cons:

Kitchen area wasn’t well equipped and many ants got into the room and onto the kitchen side/bin

Sạch sẽ, cạnh bên ga cát linh nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Giá rẻ mà phòng ổn lắm nha. Nhà vệ sinh sạch, có nước nóng lạnh. Giường cũng ổn. Bác bảo vệ dễ thương, ăn nói nhẹ nhàng. Nói chung là giá này thì ưng, có dịp đi HN sẽ ghé tiếp. Mng nên thử!

入住時 電視訊號太弱 沒有一個人懂英文 房間沒有陽台(以前住的有陽台 才會一直住這間 下次不考慮這間了) 住這間是因為距離我的公司近 但是住的不舒服)

Will not recommend even for the small price
Cons:

The room was not the same as the pictures, and mostly not clean we found a hair on the bed and dirt in the bathroom toilet. There was not even shower gel or hand gel nothing inside and the towel were also yellow from dirt of to many use…
