The floors were extremely dirty, with visible stains in all rooms. The walls had peeling paint, and every door made unpleasant creaking noises. Curtains were in poor condition, and the washroom flush was broken. Even though the staff tried to clean, the overall condition of the property was extremely poor and unhygienic. Because of this, I would never recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not stay here again.

Only the view from Balcony....Which is too small, for that they charged 5K/N

Cons:

Rooms are very small and dirty. No facilities at all. They are giving direct tap water for drinking. Utensils what they are providing for food are not clean properly and smelling very bed. Highly recommend not to book this property. They charged 5K per night but these rooms are not like 800/ night.

Beautiful stay on the peak of OOTY

Spectacular view.
Pros:

The view from the room was truly exceptional. And it was worth the amount paid. Plus, the tea and chocolate factories were right next to the room.
